• Please arrive on time to your appointment as time has been set aside to fill out paperwork.
If you do not arrive on time, time will be taken out of your application time to fill out paperwork. Less application time = less lashes applied.
• If you currently have eyelash extensions, please be sure to schedule a New Client/Foreign Fill. If you come in with lashes and did not book properly, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged for the time slot taken.
• Please arrive with little to no makeup on.
• Please note that a credit card MUST be kept on file to hold appointment. When booking a full set or foreign fill, a deposit will be withdrawn and applied to your appointment cost. When booking fill, your card will not be charged. You can use your preferred method of payment at the time of your appointment.
• Please use booking link to book all appointments.
• No refunds issued after lash application. No exceptions.
Late/No Shows
• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule and you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
• No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If the card on file is declined, you will not be able to book until fee is paid in full.
Cancellations
• 72 hours required notice for cancellations.
If you do not provide 72 hour notice, you are subject to a 60% fee of the appointment cost.
• Same day cancellations will be treated as a no show and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Children
• Please do not being children with you to your appointment as your eyes will be closed for the duration of the appointment. If you bring your child, we will need to reschedule.
